| Description: | 1. The reporting time of daily transaction data: (1) A financial institution shall enter the transaction data into the TR system in the format specified by the TPEx no later than 5 p.m. on the business day following the trade date. (2) If a financial institution's overseas branch is prohibited by laws or regulations of the country where it is located from providing trade information to the TPEx up to a certain date, the report shall be made into the TR system no later than 5 p.m. on the business day following that certain date. 2. The reporting format is provided on TPEx’s website. 3. The reporting time and reporting format for transmitting transaction data of TR to CCP are the same as the TR reporting time and reporting format. |
