Market Announcement
Due to mandatory full redemption and principal repayment on 22 March 2025, FIRST BANK 2ND ISSUE OF SENIOR UNSECURED USD 1.5 YEAR CALLABLE RANGE ACCRUAL INTEREST RATE LINKED FINANCIAL BONDS IN 2023. (Code: F05009) will be terminated and delisted on the TPEx from 22 March 2025.

Pursuant to Article 12, paragraph 2 of " Taipei Exchange Rules Governing Foreign Currency Denominated International Bonds that are Linked to Financial Derivatives or are Structured Bonds " and the announcement of TPEx trading is terminated due to the repurchase, or redemption, of the full amount before maturity, or if the principal is repaid in full due to another factor on the website of Market Observation Post System filed by FIRST BANK on 10 March 2025.
