HanchorBio Inc. (not a public company) has submitted a registration statement on initial public offering of 120,000,000 shares of common stock at par value of NT$10 per share for a total amount of NT$1,200,000,000, and issuance of 42,098,463 units of employee stock option with 0.1628 subscribable shares per unit and total 6,853,629 shares. The documentation submitted is incomplete and information contained therein is insufficient. Thus the effectiveness of the company’s registration is suspended immediately (starting April 10,2025) pursuant to Paragraph 3, Article 58 of the Regulations Governing the Offering and Issuance of Securities by Foreign Issuers to which Subparagraph 2, Article 5 of the same Regulations applies mutatis mutandis.
