Corporate Governance Center
In support of the Corporate Governance Roadmap 2013 launched by the Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) in late 2013, TPEx and the Taiwan Stock Exchange Corporation (TWSE) have teamed up to encourage TWSE/TPEx listed companies to implement key corporate governance measures. To achieve this, the roadmap required the TWSE to establish the "Corporate Governance Center" (the “Center”). This Center serves to consolidate resources, implement a variety of important corporate governance measures and further enhance the standards of Taiwan's corporate governance, and created a dedicated section on the website to show a summary of corporate governance statistics for TWSE/TPEx listed companies, latest campaigns and news, corporate governance evaluations, regulations and Q&A. Additionally, the Center focuses on global outreach and promotes Taiwan's corporate governance enhancements which greatly heightens Taiwan's international image and standing.
